Outdoor Meditation Series

Join us for our free outdoor meditation series, inspired by the book Listen to Nature by Sri Chinmoy (with foreword by Jane Goodall).

Each session features guided meditation, an active (but non-strenuous) nature walk and a fun nature-oriented activity. These meditation exercises and the collective outdoor experience can strengthen our ability to live in harmony with ourselves, each other, and the natural world.
