Learn the simple, effective meditation techniques–and other helpful practices–recommended by esteemed spiritual teacher Sri Chinmoy (1931-2007). All classes are led by his students who have practiced meditation for many years.
You’ll learn about spirituality, meditation, the soul, the spiritual heart, mantras, vegetarian diet, physical fitness, creativity, and the world beyond the physical senses. Most importantly, you’ll learn to access your own source of inner joy, peace, and well-being.
Whether or not you’re new to meditation, these free courses offer a supportive and uplifting environment in which to learn and practice.
What classes are happening now?
At the present time (due to the public health crisis), we are not holding sessions in a classroom setting. However, we will soon be launching some live online courses in meditation and other topics–and we look forward to holding regular in-person classes when the time is right.
All our classes are offered free of charge in keeping with the custom of Sri Chinmoy himself, who never charged for his personal guidance, public meditations, lectures, or music concerts. He believed that meditation is the birthright of every individual.
Due to the public health crisis, we have temporarily suspended in-person meditation classes in San Diego.
